It is important to test out the pre-defined local number by simply interchanging with another SIM card first before actual use. ii. How do I install the software? There will be a step-by-step installation guide included. iii. Are there any technical or local support?  PhoneBAK has presence in Singapore and various countries through our partners to provide the necessary supports, including documents for owners to report to police for non-recoverable cases too.
